The cost of home delivery is 30 NIS for orders up to 199 NIS. For orders over 199 NIS, delivery is free.

In November and during sale periods, the shipping cost is 30 NIS for orders up to 249 NIS.

Delivery times are between 5-7 business days from the date of order placement - business days are from Monday to Thursday and do not include Fridays and Saturdays, holiday eves and holidays (Chol Hamoed) or the day the order was placed. For remote areas, order arrival times are up to 8 business days from the date the order was placed.

The courier will contact you directly by phone on the day of order delivery, so it is important to be available and make sure that the phone number you provided in the order is correct.

If you are not at home, you can confirm with the courier to leave the order by the door or in an electrical cabinet. The company or the delivery company will not be responsible for any theft or damage caused as a result.

Pre-order and purchase: "Pre-order"

Items offered for pre-purchase are not available in the company's inventory and will appear on the site as a pre-purchase option. These items are expected to arrive at the company's warehouse according to the order date/

After they are received at the warehouse, they will be sent to the customer. There may be delays beyond the company's control, and no claims will be allowed in these cases, subject to the regulations.

An order that includes pre-order items and regular items will be shipped on the delivery date of the pre-order items, in accordance with the specified terms and schedules.
The delivery date depends on the availability of the items in the company's warehouse.

You can cancel an order that includes pre-purchased items before they are shipped and receive a full refund. After they are shipped, the company may charge a cancellation fee.

Exchanges

Items can be exchanged up to 30 business days from the date of receipt of the order, provided that the item(s) has not been used and is with the original label and in the transparent packaging bag.

Exchanges are made via home delivery, on a package-for-package basis. The first exchange is free for purchases over 299 NIS or costs 30 NIS for orders under 299 NIS. Any exchange that is not the first costs 30 NIS to be paid in advance.

To coordinate the exchange of items, please contact customer service on WhatsApp, specifying the order number received in the email with the order confirmation.

Exchanges will be approved by customer service provided that the item is new, unworn/washed, without stains or odors, with a ticket attached to the garment and in its original packaging (the transparent bag that the product came with).

No exchange/credit will be approved without sending a clear picture of the item in its original packaging via WhatsApp and confirmation from customer service that it is an approved item for exchange/return. Final approval will be given upon receipt of the item at the warehouse.

It will not be possible to exchange or return an item(s) without a packaging bag or with a packaging bag that has been damaged or torn by the customer.

If an item is received in an improper condition/not as photographed and approved by customer service - no final approval for return/credit will be given. And the customer will pay a total of NIS 30 for returning the items.

According to Ministry of Health guidelines, socks or underwear items will not be exchanged or returned.

CLEARANCE items will not be exchanged or returned.

Items purchased on the website will not be exchanged/returned in the physical store and vice versa.

Sunglasses can be exchanged as long as they are in the original box and case only.

A gift given free of charge as part of a promotion will not be exchanged.

Returns

Items can be returned and receive a refund up to 14 business days from the date of receipt of the order, provided that the item(s) has not been used and is with the original label and in the transparent packaging bag.

How do you return?

Returning items is done via home delivery - at a cost of 30 NIS, which will be offset when the cash credit or credit is issued to the website.

We repack all items, along with an invoice, into the original packaging. After approval from customer service, a courier will contact you to arrange pickup.

The return will be approved by customer service provided that the item is new, unworn/washed, without stains or odors, with a ticket attached to the garment and in its original packaging (the transparent bag that the product came with).

No return/credit will be approved without sending a clear picture of the item in its original packaging via WhatsApp/email and confirmation from customer service that it is an approved item for exchange/return. Final approval will be given upon receipt of the item at the warehouse.

Once the package arrives back at our warehouse, we will credit the original payment method used to place the order. Due to the situation, there may be delays in returning shipments to the warehouse. The return time for a package that you have given to the courier is 30 business days from the date of collection.

In the event of a return of an order for which an exchange has been made, a credit will be given for use of the site only, and not a monetary credit.

*A monetary credit is possible for amounts over 50 NIS with a cancellation fee of 5% or 100 NIS - whichever is cheaper, in accordance with the law and subject to the site's regulations and exchange and return policy.

Returns received after more than 14 business days and up to 30 days from the order will be credited to the site, which will be sent to the customer as a coupon code.

No refunds will be accepted for shipping fees if paid.

CLEARANCE items will not be exchanged or returned.

Items purchased on the website will not be exchanged/returned in the physical store and vice versa.

Returning involves uploading photos of the items with a ticket.

*If the items were returned due to a manufacturing defect or error, no cancellation fees will be charged.

*No refund will be possible if payment was made with a voucher/gift card, in which case a voucher will be received for purchase on the site.
