Where is my order?

Currently, due to the security situation, there are delays in the arrival of shipments.

After the order has been shipped and you have received a tracking number from the Tapuz courier company, enter it at https://crm.tapuzdelivery.co.il/Balda r/deliverystatus.aspx

How long does it take for the order to arrive?

Due to the security situation, there may be delays in delivery times . We are doing our best to deliver your order to you as soon as possible.

Delivery arrival times are up to 7 business days from the date the order was placed - business days are from Monday to Thursday and do not include Fridays and Saturdays, holiday eves and holidays (Chol Hamoed) or the day the order was placed.

For remote areas, delivery times are up to 8 business days from the date of order. For more information on deliveries, click here .

How can I change the size/item I bought on the website?

Items purchased from the site may be exchanged within 30 days of receipt of shipment, provided the item(s) has not been used and is in its original packaging with the original label and clear packaging bag. Subject to our exchange and return policy .

Exchanges are made via home delivery, on a package-for-package basis. The first exchange is free. Any exchange other than the first one costs 30 NIS, paid in advance.

Is it possible to return items and get a refund?

Returns are possible via home delivery, the first return/exchange is free of charge, and then for a fee of 30 NIS. For more information, go to our exchange and return policy.

After the item(s) arrive back at our warehouse, they are inspected and, if they meet the return conditions, we issue a credit back to the payment method used to place the order.

In the event of a return of an order for which an exchange has been made, a credit will be given for use of the site only, and not a monetary credit.

No cash credit can be given for items purchased with vouchers or gift cards.

What does Pre-Order mean?

A pre-order is a pre-purchase of items that are not available in the company's inventory. These items are expected to arrive at the company's warehouse according to the order date:

  • For customers who ordered during November – the items are expected to arrive at the warehouse within 30 business days from the date of order.
  • For customers who ordered during December – the items are expected to arrive at the warehouse within 20 business days from the date of order.

After they are received at the warehouse, they will be sent to you subject to the regulations.
If you ordered additional items along with a backordered item, all items will be shipped together on the delivery date of the backordered item.
You can cancel an order that includes pre-order items before it is shipped and receive a full refund. If the items have already been shipped, the company reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee.

What payment method can I pay on the site?

You can pay on the site by credit card, PayPal, JUV gift card, BUYME voucher and "more" credit card.

How do you redeem a BUYME voucher?

A BUYME voucher can be redeemed on the website during payment.

After you fill in the address details, in the "Payment" column, choose the "Credit card or other payment methods" option.

On the payment page, under "Credit" there is a "MultiPass" box where the voucher number must be entered.

How do I know what my size is?

On each product page there is a "Model Dimensions and Size Chart" section, where you can find information that will help you choose.

How is it recommended to wash JUV's clothes?

I recommend washing all items inside out, with colors in similar tones.

Gentle washing, without soaking and wringing and without fabric softener (destroys the Quick Dry capabilities). Dry upside down and in the shade.

Do not iron the logo with direct heat.

How does the JUV gift card work?

A JUV giftcard is sent via a coupon code, to the email with which the order was placed after payment (if you did not see the email, check your spam).

The code to redeem the gift card comes in a separate email from the order confirmation email.
